Hi. We are Jana & Jana. We call Prague, Czech Republic our home. We’ve heard too many jokes about the „Janas from Prague“ from our friends, that we decided to name our project simply JanasTravel.

We’re two long time friends, professional guides and keen travelers. We love our Central European region and we love showing travelers from other parts of the world around.

We’re very experienced guides having worked both with individual private groups as well as big tour groups. We’ve worked for Rick Steves Europe for more than 10 years leading tours around our region.

Our philosophy is responsible travel with emphasis on respect for local people, communities, history, traditions and culture. We love to meet „real“ people in their real environment and share the experience with you, our guests. We like to think of our approach as „slow travel“.
